Description
Teach students all about identifying their feelings and emotions with this social emotional learning unit. Students will learn about their different feelings and that all feelings are ok, it’s what you do with them that matters! Students will learn several self-regulation strategies for when they are upset. Students will also learn the difference between easy feelings (like happy and excited) and hard feelings (sad, mad, frustrated, etc).
